If you’re an existing Customer, you have the ability to choose the type of communication you’d like to receive for important notices. Sign in to your account to view your communication preference center and select how you’d like to receive account updates, payment reminders, and more.
To change your communication preference at any time in your online preference center, select the box next to the communication(s) you prefer. Your preferences will be saved and referenced any time we communicate with you.
If you wish to unsubscribe from promotional communications or change your communication preference for account notifications, please contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com or by calling 855-889-5888.
You may opt-out and remove your phone number from additional messages by replying “STOP” to any SMS text message you have received from Insta Cash. You will receive a STOP confirmation reply as required by the Mobile Marketing Association.

By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize Insta Cash to deliver sales and marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number. Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, the date and time, and content of your messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an “as is” basis.
